This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made thereunder, as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes. This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, requiring the publication of rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the domain name myspectrum.in (“Website”) and related mobile site (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned and operated by SPECTRUM SERVICES, managed by Devvrat Arya, with its registered office at GROUND FLOOR, RZ-C-60, GALI NO 9, KH NO-25/1, B/SIDE, DABRI EXTENSION, South West Delhi, Delhi, 110045 (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
